> A castle on a rocky promontory above the Mediterranean in Tamarit, Tarragona (Costa Daurada, Catalonia, Spain), used for weddings and private events (guided visits by appointment; Sunday mass in the chapel). Romanesque church of Santa Maria (first recorded in 1154) inside the walls, open-air ceremonies in the Patio de Armas or on the clifftop Mirador over Cala Jovera, in-house cuisine by executive chef Jordi Boronat, one wedding per day, celebrations until 3am.
