Weddings are for 80 to 270 guests. The glazed hall seats all of them (its capacity is 300); the open-air banquet in the pine grove takes up to 130, and the Chapel of Santa Maria about 180.
02How much does a wedding at Tamarit Castle cost?

03Can we have a church wedding?
Yes. The Romanesque church of Santa Maria de Tamarit, first recorded in 1154, stands inside the castle walls and seats about 180. Civil ceremonies take place in the Patio de Armas or on the Mirador above Cala Jovera.
04How late can the party go on?
Until 3am. The castle hosts only one wedding per day.
05Can we bring our own caterer or DJ?
No: the kitchen is in-house, led by executive chef Jordi Boronat, and music is managed by the castle. You are free to choose your photographer and may bring your own cake.
06Do you cater for allergies and special diets?
Yes: vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, gluten-free and allergen-adapted menus. Guests’ reviews single out the care taken with intolerances.
07How do we get to Tamarit Castle?
It is in Tamarit, about 10 minutes’ drive from central Tarragona, around 20 minutes from Reus airport and the Camp de Tarragona high-speed rail station, and about an hour from Barcelona–El Prat airport. There is parking on site.
08Is there accommodation at the castle?
There are no rooms at the castle. Hotels and apartments are a few minutes away in Altafulla and Tarragona.
09What if it rains?
The glazed hall seats every guest at the wedding, so dinner moves indoors without losing the light or the views.
10Can we visit before booking?
Yes, by appointment. Guided tourist visits can also be booked, and Sunday mass is held in the chapel.
